"Leslie and Kaija were referred to me by a very respected colleague. They toured my property, were very encouraging and upbeat about what they saw, but were professional enough to show me where things could be improved. They promised to get back to me with a list of improvements they would do to make my suite more appealing to the market - and they did – in less than 24 hrs.(Never once was I pressured to sign with them).The list seemed reasonable and doable and I decided that they should represent me. We finished the list in short order. They did some light staging, provided a handy man to do some repairs to walls and doors, and where ready with references and tradespeople for anything else I needed help with.


Because my property is a co-ownership, as opposed to a co-op or condominium, the industry opinion is that it will take longer to sell as people and their agents need to understand the differences and advantages of this type of property.Leslie and Kaija already had an understanding of co-ownership properties but also took the time to educate themselves fully on all the differences.


To sum up, we listed my place on a Wednesday. They took top notch photos for an amazing brochure, virtual tour, card, and of course MLS. Because of their marketing we had 15 showings on the 1st day (which is remarkable for a co-ownership!), had a very busy open house on Sunday, and took offers on the following Tuesday. I was stunned when there were multiple offers – and so they managed to sell, for significantly over asking, within 6 days. I can't thank them enough - and they were truly fun to work with!


One thing I would like to add is that I was very impressed with the respect they showed for all the agents that came to present offers. This type of holding back on taking offers is tough and stressfull for everyone involved but seems to have become the industry standard now. Leslie and Kaija showed great professionalism during the whole process and I very much appreciated that.
